Cultural Awareness
Our experienced role players are subject matter experts who educate the troops in their respective cultures. During pre-deployment training, the troops are given cultural orientations, cultural adaption, language training and seminars that allow troops to communicate their superior's direction to the interpreter. This in turn is communicated to the natives. This successful transfer of information decreases the chance of conflicts in the field and increases the knowledge of the specific culture. Ultimately this enhances the success of our troops in the war on terror.
