Interpretation
For both commercial and Government customers, our professional interpreters conduct simultaneous and consecutive interpretations in over 100 languages.
Simultaneous Interpretation
This style of interpretation is also known as "real-time interpretation" which is most commonly used during large conferences and political events. Simultaneous interpretation is frequently utilized in United Nation summits where the speaker is addressing an international audience. At the same time, an interpreter is relaying the translated message into a microphone and simultaneously delivered to the international audience through headphones in their native language.
Consecutive Interpretation
In consecutive interpretation, the speaker talks in his or her native language and the interpreter listens and possibly takes notes. The speaker then pauses, while the interpreter conveys what has just been said into the target audiences tongue.
The consecutive interpretation method is most commonly used during legal settings or private business meetings. This process is most often conducted in face-to-face settings; however, it can also be conducted through web or telephone conferences.
