ATS awarded as subcontractor to the Joint Technical Education and Reintegration Program (JTERP)
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA and RESTON, VA - June 9th, 2008 - Acclaim Technical Services announced it was awarded as a subcontractor for ME Technical Services servicing the Joint Technical Education and Reintegration Program (JTERP) in Iraq. The maximum dollar value for subcontractors would be up to $1.5 million within a year and half. These positions will be located overseas and facilitate training for Iraqi citizens in need of vocational and educational development.
Under the contract, ATS employees will provide direct program support through direct coordination and integration with the Iraqi Ministries of Education (MoE), Higher Education (MoHE) and Labor and Social Affairs (MoLSA). Staff members provide assistance in program management, development, and oversight for training programs designed to benefit the people of Iraq and ensure the long term success of the Iraqi reconstruction. The JTERP program is a Government of Iraq (GoI) program under the auspices of the U.S. Joint Contracting Command in Iraq (JCC-I).
