DESCRIPTION:ATS welcomes our employees and their families to join us for a fun-filled afternoon with BBQ, drinks, a water slide, music and more! Join us on Saturday, June 3rd from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Smokey Glen Farm for our annual summer picnic. We hope to see you there!\n\n12:30 – 4:30 pm Water Slide, Sno Cones, DJ\n1:00 – 3:30 pm Food Buffet\n12:30 – 4:30 pm Balloon Artist/Glitter Tattoo Artist\n\nOther activities will be available throughout the event, including mini putt, horseshoes, volleyball, and basketball.\nPlease RSVP in advance no later than COB Friday, May 19, 2023 and indicate in the RSVP your preference for a vegetarian burger and your children’s ages so we can plan for the right amount of food. Name tags and wristbands will be issued at the check-in table upon entry to the picnic.\nAdults (ages 21+) who will be drinking at the event should bring a valid ID for verification. Event staff will be carding guests.\nFamilies: For those who are bringing their children to the picnic, remember to bring sunscreen, towels, and a change of clothes for those who plan to get wet.\nDonation Drive: We are collecting items to donate to the Blue Ribbon Project and their Backpacks of Love program. This program helps children going into foster care by providing an age and gender appropriate backpack with necessities for the 24-48 hours in foster care.\n\nSuggestions for needed items can be found at https://www.blueribbonproject.org/our-programs/backpacks-of-love/whats-in-a-backpack.html or https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/38RMT1UP1INED/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex.\nDonation boxes will be located at the check-in table.\n\nDirections and Parking: We recommend using Smokey Glen Farm’s address 16395 Riffle Ford Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. From Riffle Ford Road, turn through the gates onto the property. There are TWO entrances to Smokey Glen Farm. When approaching, please be sure to follow the signs with the ATS event name for parking. After parking, follow the path up to the Barn. Reminder: Please no pets, bicycles, or outside food/beverages are allowed on the property.\n
