ATS recognizes that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and enhances the overall value it brings to both employee-owners and the important work we do for our customers.

Employee Resource Group (ERG)
What is an Employee Resource Group (ERG)? An ERG is a voluntary, employee-led diversity and inclusion initiative that is supported by an organization. These groups serve as platforms for employees with shared characteristics, backgrounds, or interests to come together and create a supportive community. ERGs are aimed at providing a sense of belonging and support for members, and also serve as valuable resources for the entire organization.
We welcome all thoughts to add to the conversation and are seeking volunteers to lead, contribute, plan, and coordinate to support our ERGs. We also welcome ideas and volunteers to start any other ERGs you find beneficial to our employees.
