Welcome to our Wellness Program! ATS’ wellness program is a key pillar of our employee experience, designed to support the holistic well-being of our team. We offer a mix of in-person and virtual wellness events and activities to engage our diverse employee population, making it easy for everyone to participate regardless of location and time constraints.

Each initiative is thoughtfully aligned with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness by Margaret Swarbrick – emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual – ensuring a well-rounded approach that empowers our employees to thrive both personally and professionally.

ATS Yoga Challenge

Calling all ATS employees! Ready to embrace wellness and find your inner zen? Join our Yoga Challenge and earn your very own ATS branded yoga mat!

Simply commit to attending at least 10 yoga classes, each lasting 30 minutes or more, throughout 2024. It’s easy to participate – attend a class, then log your attendance on our Google Form.

Already, 6 amazing, employees have completed the challenge this year!
