This activity will walk you through key health insurance concepts and plan differences to help you feel more confident about your coverage choices.

Understanding Health Insurance Activity Details:

• Activity Duration: 35 minutes (self-paced and virtual)
• Activity Award: Employees who complete the activity from now to August 15^th will receive a $25 gift card. The last day to complete the activity is August 15^th. Gift cards will be electronically sent to employees once the activity period closes.
• Eligibility: To be eligible, download your Certificate of Completion upon completing the activity (any score will be accepted), and upload it here. Certificates need to be submitted no later than August 15^th to be accepted.
• Where to find the activity: The training can be found in your Principal account. Upon logging into your ATS Principal 401(k) account (https://www.principal.com/) >> from the My account tab select the drop-down, and select your 401(k) account >> scroll down to the Financial Wellness section >> select the Healthcare option >> on the Understanding health insurance tile, select to start the course.

Returning Viewers: If you participated and completed this activity last year, you are still eligible to complete the activity again. We encourage you to refresh your understanding of healthcare each year to ensure you make the best decisions for your health needs. You must complete and resubmit a Certificate of Completion from 2025 to be eligible for the gift card.
