ATS has provided me with opportunities that have really helped my career advancement. The support from ATS leadership to expand my work role has been rewarding in ways that make coming to work actually fun! The people are amazing, the culture is amazing. I can’t recommend ATS enough.

I really like working for ATS because of the terrific communication and positive leadership. I feel like the senior leadership team really cares about the employees. We get regularly communication about the state of the company, get invited to regular happy hours and events, are encouraged to help recruit new employees, and are treated like a critical part of the team. This positive attitude is apparent everywhere – the HR staff, payroll, budget teams all respond to questions quickly and thoroughly. They could not be more helpful. Whenever a friend asks me who I work for, I stop to tell them the wonderful experience I have had.

As a recent college graduate, ATS has given me the opportunity to not only experience an amazing work place but a sense of home.
