Pillars Wellness: Yoga Class
Please join us on Thursday, February 1st from 4:30 – 5:45 PM at Beloved Yoga for a recovery yoga session and sound bath yoga with guitar as well! This class will focus on deep stretching, with a relaxing atmosphere. The last 20 minutes will focus on a guided relaxation and sound bath.
Come and join your ATS colleagues and Maryam for a restoring yoga practice that will unwind and invite release. Family and Friends Welcome unless space gets tight!
