Founded in 2000, ATS is a leading Technology, Intelligence, Language, and Operations company supporting a wide range of U.S. Federal agencies. In 2013, ATS restructured to become an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, which is uncommon within our business sector. We see this as a significant strength, and it shows: ATS is consistently ranked as a top workplace among D.C. area firms, and we continue to grow.

ATS acquired Ayovee in 2019 and Global Consulting Services, Inc. (GCS) in 2020. These two acquisitions expanded ATS’ mission technology and solutions portfolio and enhanced ATS’ high-end capabilities in the areas of software development, software engineering, systems engineering, and cybersecurity. In 2021, ATS acquired Entegra Systems, a leading provider in services related to SIGINT development, collection, and analysis; mission and collection management; and intelligence analysis. ATS and Entegra share many core strengths, including a priority for our customers’ missions and a culture that values our talented, dedicated, and diverse workforce.

ATS continues to grow and has reached over 500 employees with offices in Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia.
