You came to the right place. Our job is to identify, attract, recruit, and acquire talent for ATS. To kick off the search we need a few things from you, to include:
- Contract Name/Summary
- Pay Range
- Interview process
- Completed Job Posting Request Form

I have a candidate we want to INTERVIEW, what do I do?
Before INTERVIEWS begin, consider the following:
- List and ranking critical success factors
- Determine your interview approach
- Determine participants to interview the candidates
- Create a fluid agenda
- Study the applicant resume and do some additional research (LinkedIn profile)
- Identify the follow-up process (if required)
- Evaluate scoring criteria and any post-assessment actions
Some good questions to start the INTERVIEW may include:
- Tell me a bit about your background and how you it relates to our position
- What made you decide to apply for this position?
- What’s prompting you to make a change?
- What do you like most about working in the IC space? What do you like least?
- How would this role fulfill your current and future career goals?
- What are the three things you want most from a new role?
One of our favorite competency-based models for INTERVIEWING is the STAR model:
Situation, Task, Action, and Result questions allow you to expand upon basic competency questions to draw out responses and see exactly how the applicant has addressed a scenario to give you significant information to help you make an informed hiring decision.
For instance, you could use it to frame a question about conflict resolution as follows:
- Situation: “Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict on your team?”
- Task: “What did you decide to do to resolve it and why did you decide to handle it that way?”
- Action: “What action did you take and what skills did you use?”
- Results: “What did you achieve? How did your team benefit?”
