With recent Whistleblower Policy Laws enacted, ATS chose to implement an anonymous complaint procedure for any company-related ethics matters. Ideally all concerns should be brought to the attention of your immediate supervisor, Human Resources, or the CEO. However, in the event that anonymous reporting would be better suited for the reporter, please report your concerns to Compliance Resource Center at 1-855-252-7606 or visit www.hotline-services.com. Enter ATS as the location/company. The ATS Compliance Officer will investigate the concern and provide status updates via the case-assigned PIN. Compliance Resource Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
