“PILLARS” is a program helping strengthen the foundations of our communities, lifting them up and making them stronger, better, places for all.

This program will build on, and formalize, the work that ATS has done in the past such as holiday food drives, coat drives, toy drives, charitable matches up to $500 annually, and various other activities. Each of these programs will be run with a mix of ATS corporate staff and volunteer support!

To meet our goals, we intend to form volunteer committees to cover the following Pillars:

  • Corporate Wellness: Physical fitness, mental fitness, outdoor activities, etc.
  • Charity and Community Outreach: All charitable activities, volunteer events, and other giving-based actions.
  • Inclusion and Perspectives: A broad topic that can include a number of things such as guest speakers on women in National Security, a panel on how communication styles differ by culture, etc.
  • Employee Ownership: A panel of volunteers who learn the ins and outs of Employee Ownership and share their knowledge of the benefits with other employees and companies in the industry.

The first step is to establish a committee of volunteers interested in making this program succeed. This is not an easy lift and I’m sure you all have competing priorities but if you are at all interested, and want to learn more about it, please let us know!
