PTO Carryover
Employees may carry over 320 hours of accrued, unused PTO from one anniversary year to the next anniversary year. Any hours above 320 on the employee’s anniversary date will be lost unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Selling PTO
ATS employees may sell back to the Company up to 80 hours/year of accrued, unused PTO as long as they have at least an 80-hour balance afterward. This may be done at any point in a calendar year.
To generate the PTO payout process, employees should email their manager with the request.
Negative PTO
Employees may advance their accrued PTO balance up to -40 hours with the Program Manager’s approval, and up to -80 hours with the Division Manager’s approval or beyond -80 with the CEO’s approval. By requesting such usage, the employee agrees to authorize ATS to deduct any negative PTO hours from their last payroll prior to separation when signing the form.
PTO Payout Upon Department
If a Regular Full-Time employee (regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week) or Regular Part-Time employee (regularly scheduled to work 20 to 29 hours per week) terminates employment, any accrued unused PTO will be paid out upon termination.
