Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
ATS offers an ESOP qualified retirement plan through Principal. An ESOP is a way for employees to become part owners in the company they work for. The ESOP is comprised of ATS stock (approximately 400 shares per employee) given to all employees on an annual basis.
Eligibility: All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP. Employees must work 1000 hours a year for vesting and be employed on the last day of the calendar year.
Shares: Employee shares are distributed on an annual basis.
Vesting Schedule: The ESOP has a 6-year vesting schedule.

2 years of service ……………………………… 20% vesting
3 years of service ……………………………… 40% vesting
4 years of service ……………………………… 60% vesting
5 years of service ……………………………… 80% vesting
6 years of service ……………………………… 100% vesting
