Health Maintenance Screening (HMS) Benefit

Members and their covered dependents enrolled in one or more of the supplemental insurance plans with The Standard (accident, critical illness, and/or hospital indemnity) may receive a cash benefit each calendar year when they complete any one of the 22 approved tests.
