REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM AT ATS

At ATS, we hire great people and we know that great people know other great people. Our referral incentive programs provide a great added bonus for you to bring people here who you love to work with.

ATS provides employees of ATS an incentive for referring qualified external candidates hired by ATS for Full Time positions on designated programs. The program is designed to connect previously unidentified prospective candidates to the attention of Program Managers (PMs) and Recruiters.

All Direct and Indirect employees are eligible to participate in the Referral Incentive Program (with the exception of Program Managers, Recruiters, Directors, and Executives). The bonus incentive for candidates with a Top Secret (or higher) clearance is $5000. The bonus incentive for candidates with a Secret clearance or below is $1000 for each Full Time candidate hired.

Employees who would like to refer a candidate may do so by providing to us the candidate’s name and contact information via email to referrals@acclaimtechnical.com or send through your ATS Program Manager (PMs) or Recruiter. Employees may also refer a candidate by requesting that the candidate provide the employee’s name as their referrer when applying online or directly to the ATS Recruiter or PM.

Referral clearance level designations are based on the clearance level of the candidate at the time of referral and the clearance requirement for the position. Referrals are considered active for 12 months unless they are referred to a position which requires clearance processing. If a referred candidate enters the clearance process within 6 months of being referred, they will remain active for the duration of the processing.

Referral bonuses are paid once the referred candidate is hired and completes 30 days of employment (or 30 days of travel for travel-only employees), provided the referring employee remains an ATS employee on the 31st day. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral payment will be paid to the employee first noted in the Applicant Tracking System. If there is ambiguity in the Applicant Tracking System, the referral bonus will be paid to the employee the candidate designates as the primary referrer. All referral bonuses are subject to regular taxes and withholdings.
